I studied English Literature at Queen Mary, University of London, and received a Bachelors Honours degree. I also completed a 120 hour TEFL certificate and received 98%. I have amassed over eight years' experience teaching students of all ages and believe myself to be a seasoned and highly competent tutor.
About me
Primary to Secondary: English Literature and English Language GCSE: English Literature and English Language ESL English at all ages. Exam board experience: My experience is mainly with AQA and some Edexcel. SEND Experience: I have some experience working with autistic and dyslexic children. Preferred student age group: I enjoy teaching students from Primary (age 6+) up to GCSE level, but I am also happy to work with older ESL students. About me: Hello, nice to meet you! I'm an experienced tutor, editor and writer who loves the English language and helping my students improve their skills and reach their academic goals. Sharing my passion for English is a real joy and I'm happy to guide my students in their studies within a friendly and supportive environment. In my free time I enjoy reading, writing stories, baking, kickboxing, volunteering, and exploring new places. I'm hoping to publish my own fictional story someday, so I love learning and taking inspiration from the world and people around me. I hope to see you in class soon!
